Sale of a large freehold building

PB & Co. advised Crown House Banbury Limited on the sale of a large freehold building in Banbury which will allow over 51 new apartments in the town centre as well as a ground floor commercial unit for a coffee shop.

Investment sale of well known industrial estate

PB & Co. acted for our long established client Goldtique Limited on the sale of an industrial estate in Wales subject to 17 tenanted units.

Lawyers 4 Banks

Over the last six months Peter Brown & Co have acted for three separate banks in successfully completing four different facilities, two with loans in the region of £15 million and two for £5 million facilities.  The transactions range from re-financing two diverse Investment Portfolios with over 30 properties in each through to development finance.  Peter Brown & Co have acted for several banks as mortgagee’s solicitors over 25 years.
