Senior Solicitor roles


Commercial property solicitors

We are also looking for experienced commercial property solicitors to join the existing team.  Salary according to age and experience.

New Roles

We are now looking for an experienced lawyer with at least 4 years PQE or equivalent to head up and grow our:-

  • property litigation department.
  • corporate and commercial department
  • leasehold enfranchisement department
  • private client department

We have a small existing business, but you would be expected to pro-actively market the firm.

You could be based in either our main Barnet office, or our Ware office.

You will be client focused and proactive, with strong marketing and business development skills, and the ability to manage your own caseload and supervise others.

Assistant office/admin manager

Due to expansion within the practice, we are looking for an assistant office/admin manager to work alongside our Practice Manager.

This is a role for an enthusiastic self-motivated candidate who is keen to take on a varied position within legal support services.

For the right candidate after one year you will be eligible to apply for a legal role within the firm if one is available, including training contract or paralegal position.

Every day is different, and your duties could range in any one day from changing a light bulb or toilet rolls, to setting up documents on our case management system; and moving furniture on the way.  This can be a physical role.

Your duties will include:-

  • Day to day IT support
  • Administration of our HR function, including recruitment
  • Administration of our finance function
  • Ensuring compliance within our teams
  • Providing Reception support
  • Day to day general office/facilities support
  • Health and Safety

Experience in any of the areas is useful, but not essential.   Training will be given in all aspects of the role.   You need bring with you only a willingness to learn.

All candidates will need to have strong IT skills and a degree or equivalent qualification.  You will be able to demonstrate a keen interest in business management.
