  5. any Estate Management Requirements and Land Registry Restriction as required.

We will ensure that the Legal Pack we produce contains all the relevant information that a Buyer would require in order to exchange contracts expeditiously which draws from our own extensive knowledge in acting for Buyers on these transactions.

We have a dedicated system in place to deal with your Plot Sales and your Legal Pack will be uploaded electronically so that your Buyers solicitors are able to download the Legal Pack quickly and efficiently.

We are fully up to date on the procedures in place from the Consumer Code for Homebuilders and the requirements of the NHBC and other similar Building Standards Indemnity Schemes that you may use in your development and our Contracts are complaint in respect of the same.

We also will assist and advise you on your obligations under the Homes England Help to Buy Equity Loan Funding scheme, including their Funding Administration Agreement and will ensure that your sale Contracts are compliant with your obligations under this.
