John is head of Residential Conveyancing. He qualified as a Solicitor in 2000 and has dealt with residential and some commercial property matters ever since. John’s experience includes generally sale and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties including lease extensions and enfranchisement.
Alan qualified as a solicitor in September 2003 and deals with the vast range of residential property transactions including the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages, portfolio refinances and lease extensions. Alan also specialises in new build house and flat sales acting for various developers and investors.
Daniel is an Associate Solicitor. He qualified as a solicitor in 2008 but has been involved in residential conveyancing since 2003. Daniel specialises in all residential property matters, which include dealing with sale and purchase transactions, re-mortgages, and lease extensions.
Nadia has been dealing with all aspects of conveyancing since 2005, and qualified as a solicitor in 2016. Her experience includes sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, remortgages and lease extensions.
Alison has worked as a paralegal in the residential property team since September 2017 and assists on all aspects of conveyancing, such as freehold/leasehold purchases, sale transactions, including plot sales and re-mortgages. Prior to becoming a paralegal, Alison worked within the residential property team as an assistant for 12 years specialising in conveyancing, having joined Peter Brown & Co in 2005.
Since qualifying as a solicitor in 1986 Sara has gained experience in number of aspects of legal practice including company commercial work and wills and probate. For the last 20 years or so Sara has dealt largely with property related matters. Since 2013 Sara has worked for Peter Brown & Co as a consultant dealing with all aspects of residential property, in particular providing assistance to clients (both Landlords and Tenants) with Lease Extensions, Enfranchisements (purchases of freeholds by lessees), Licences for Alterations and Deeds of Variation of leases.
