Disbursements

As part of the conveyancing process, fees are payable to third parties in relation to Conveyancing Searches, Land Registry Application Fees, and Stamp Duty Land Tax. Specifically, in the context of a leasehold purchase or sale, additional fees are likely to be payable to the landlord and/or management company in relation to a landlord/management company information pack. It is likely that post-completion administrative fees such as Notice of Charge and Notice of Transfer will also be payable to the landlord and/or management company.
